Karen Campbell

Karen Campbell has worked in the clinical development field since 2007. Karen began their career at Outcome as a Clinical Research Associate I, later becoming a Site Management Project Lead and Site Management Associate. In 2010, they moved to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute as a Clinical Research Manager. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Merrimack as a Senior Clinical Trial Manager and Clinical Trial Manager. Karen then joined Jounce Therapeutics, Inc. as a Clinical Scientist and Senior Clinical Trial Lead. Since 2018, they have been employed at Rubius Therapeutics as a Senior Director Clinical Operations and Director, Clinical Development. Most recently, they were appointed Vice President Clinical Development Operations at Be Biopharma in 2023.
