Shalini Chilakala

Shalini Chilakala has held a variety of roles in the biopharmaceutical industry since 2005. Shalini began their career as a Research Assistant at Louisiana Tech University in 2005. In 2007, they joined Labcorp Drug Development as a Scientist, then moved up to Senior Research Scientist, Principal Scientist/ Manager, and Associate Research Scientist. In 2017, they joined Syneos Health as an Associate Director of Bioanalysis and Principal Research Scientist/ Group Leader. Most recently, they were appointed Director of Bioanalysis for B Cell Therapy at Be Biopharma in 2022.

Shalini Chilakala holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Osmania University.
