Ann Tyler

Ann Tyler is an experienced consultant and leader in the field of employee ownership, currently serving as a consultant with Independent Directors & Trustees Ltd since July 2020, and holding multiple chair positions with Ownership at Work and Employee Ownership Insight since 2019 and 2018, respectively. Ann has a longstanding commitment to employee ownership, having held various roles, including Independent VOICE trustee at Be Caring since November 2015, and a self-employed employee ownership lawyer and consultant since 2012. Ann's prior experience includes consultancy roles at Lewis Silkin and Grant Thornton UK LLP, along with leadership positions at the Employee Ownership Association and Baxendale Employee Ownership. Ann Tyler earned a Master of Arts in Law from the University of Cambridge between 1976 and 1979.
