Lynn Ahearn

Lynn Ahearn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and compliance roles across various industries. As the Founder and CEO of BE Fit Modern Pilates since January 2019, Lynn has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and expertise in the wellness sector. Previously, Lynn served as Chief Risk Officer at Banc of California from May 2019 to December 2022, and as a Consultant from October 2017 to May 2019. Lynn's experience in financial services includes pivotal positions at Citi as Global Head of AML Policy and Controls, and EVP for BSA and OFAC at Citibank (Banamex USA). Additional roles include Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles and Chief Compliance Officer at Rabobank, N.A., and Union Bank. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
