We have an active focus on many lead generation pathways to ensure you have a good volume of leads at all times, engagement strategies and promotions to ensure you stand out and ensure your business is highly successful, long term.

Our focus is to support our teams to safeguard and build more certainty than ever in their PT & Coaching business'. All while having the appeal of a dynamic, community focused, well positioned brand and facility. We are looking for driven, focused Personal Trainers who are looking to establish their business from within our bustling clubs.

BIFC support and develop trainers through a range of pathways including our PT specific, purpose built onboarding program, Fast Track Development Program and mentoring throughout a trainers entire time with us.
