Kacper Roszczyna

Kacper Roszczyna is a Java Developer with extensive experience in designing and implementing distributed systems using Java, Kafka, and various frameworks. Currently working at Be | Shaping the Future Poland for Deutsche Börse Group since February 2023, Kacper specializes in microservice architecture, deployment, and optimization on Redhat Openshift. Previous roles include consulting at ITDS Business Consultants for Goldman Sachs, leading development at Skelreplica, and serving as Tech Lead at Immotef, where responsibilities encompassed project oversight, client communication, and team leadership. With a foundational experience as a Full-stack Developer at Vidicom sp. z o.o. and a Junior Java Developer at Bluesoft, Kacper graduated with an Engineer degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology in 2018.
