Mariam Raafat has accumulated extensive experience in telesales, currently serving as a Telesales Agent at Be Smart Technology since February 2021, following a similar role at Vodafone from March 2020 to September 2021. Additionally, Mariam is pursuing a Licentiate degree in Management Information Systems at New Cairo Academy, expected to be completed in 2024.
