Rachel Ashley MBA GAICD is an experienced professional serving in various advisory and leadership roles, including as an Advisory Board Member for SMEs at Be the Business, Non-Magistrate Committee Member for the North Wales Recruitment Advisory Committee with the Ministry of Justice UK, and Director at Women Angels of Wales, a group dedicated to investing in female-led businesses. Rachel has a strong background in strategic portfolio delivery from QBE Insurance, previously held executive positions at IAG and REST Industry Super, and has led operations transformation at Zurich Financial Services. An advocate for gender equality through initiatives with Chwarae Teg, Rachel also mentors students in career discovery at UNSW.
