Lauren Maxam is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in strategic marketing roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Marketing at NMDP since April 2018, Lauren has also held positions such as Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager focusing on NMDP BioTherapies. In addition to their tenure at NMDP, Lauren is a Burn Ambassador at Burn Boot Camp and previously worked as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Sightpath Medical, where responsibilities included implementing a marketing automation system and developing B2B marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes a Senior Business Analyst role at Target, where Lauren effectively managed sales and inventory plans that contributed to significant revenue growth. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Iowa State University.
