Previously, Claudia Jerusalem held the position of Managing Partner at Jerusalem Consulting Executive Search and was the Head of Human Resources in a family business. Additionally, Claudia Jerusalem worked as the HR Director for Germany at Herbert Smith Freehills. Claudia Jerusalem also took a sabbatical prior to the current role.
