Kimberly Culkin

Kimberly Culkin, CHRL, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and HR management. Since January 2016, Kimberly has served as Sr. Director of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness at OpenText, following previous roles as Director and Senior Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions in Human Resources and Organizational Development at the Region of Waterloo and as a Human Resources Business Partner at BlackBerry. Kimberly's career began in recruitment and customer relations, with roles at Magnussen Home, MLI, Adecco, and TD Canada Trust. Education includes a certification in Criminology from Memorial University and a certification in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College.
