From 2017 to present, they have worked as an Assistant Manager - CRM/ERP Admin at Be U Salons, where they are responsible for CRM Data Management, Operational CRM, Salon Live Procedure, CRM App Data Management, CRM Inventory Management, Sales Data Report, Deal, Offer & Package, Financial Data Report, Admin & Employee Data, Providing Support for All CRM Users & Query Resolve Of All Salons, Listing Of Google & Facebook Page. Provisioning All New Users, Providing ERP & System Training And Customization. Prior to this, they worked at Monsoon Salon & Spa from 2014 to 2017, where they held the roles of Admin ERP & Accounts Executive (Zenoti Software) and Account Executive. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an Accountant at OZONE SPA.

Ramji Pal completed a Master of Commerce (M.Com) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Faizabad in 2012. Ramji had previously obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the same university in 2010. In 2009, they obtained a Diploma in Computer Accounts from BCI Jalandhar Punjab.
