Simone Fincke

Simone Fincke is currently the Global Head of People and Culture at BeA Group, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, Simone served as the Vice President of HR & IC EMEA at Camfil from 2023 to 2025, focusing on establishing the People Function across the region.
