Caz Butcher

Caz Butcher is the Global Head of People and Culture at PaperCut Software, where they focus on fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe workplace. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Caz has held leadership roles such as Chief People Officer at Thomson Geer and IE Company, and has worked as a consultant and HR business partner in various organizations. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Psychophysiology from Swinburne University of Technology. Caz is also an accredited EQ-i practitioner and actively engages in mentoring and speaking on topics related to emotional intelligence and inclusion.
