Hailey Haynes

Hailey Haynes is an experienced educational professional with a strong background in leadership and implementation within the K-12 sector. Currently serving as the Lead Implementation Manager at Beable Education since May 2022, Hailey supports schools and districts in closing literacy and opportunity gaps. Prior roles include Independent Certified OPTAVIA Coach, where Hailey grew a client base and advanced to executive director status, and Director of Early Childhood Education at Humble ISD, overseeing preschool programs. Additional experience includes serving as Principal at Meadow Wood Elementary, Assistant Principal at Schultz and Kuehnle Elementary, First Grade Teacher at Kohrville Elementary, and various teaching positions across different school districts. Hailey holds multiple degrees in education, including a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University Texas and Southeastern Louisiana University, respectively.
