Justin Santos

Justin Santos is an experienced educator currently serving as a Middle School Science Teacher at Beach Park School District #3, where curriculum development focuses on NGSS standards and inquiry-based learning. In addition to teaching, Justin works as a team server trainer at Chili's, enhancing service quality and training new staff. Previous roles include Special Education Teacher for the Special Education District of Lake County, Director of Retail Operations with Boy Scouts of America - Northeast Illinois Council, and multiple positions in the food service industry, including Shift Supervisor at Olive Garden and Assistant General Manager at Panera Bread. Justin’s academic background includes a current Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Aurora University, and a Master of Education in Special Education from Carthage College.
