Todd Slayton

Todd Slayton has an extensive work experience in the finance industry. Todd began their career as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte in 1991 and then moved on to become the Chief Financial Officer at Zanart Entertainment from 1994 to 1997. Following that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at PromaxBDA from 1997 to 2004.

In 2004, Todd joined California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) as the Director of Corporate Finance and worked their way up to become the Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Chief Accounting Officer from 2008 to 2015. At CPK, they were responsible for overseeing finance operations, including SEC and internal financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, cash flow management, treasury, tax, payroll, risk management, audits, and compliance.

Since 2015, Todd has been working at Beachbody, where they initially held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Controller and was later promoted to Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance & Controller in 2021. At Beachbody, they oversee finance operations, including accounting and financial reporting, accounting operations, cash flow management, treasury, payroll, audit management, and compliance. Todd manages a team of up to 32 members and has successfully directed SEC reporting and Big Four audits.
