Benjamin Cook is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success management and dance instruction. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Beacon CRM since January 2020, Benjamin has advanced through various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, focusing on overseeing customer success processes. Prior to this, Benjamin founded Swingcopation, a business dedicated to swing dance performance and tuition, while also coaching and training new staff at Swing Patrol, where Benjamin held multiple instructional roles. Additionally, Benjamin has experience in product management through a shadowing role at the Financial Times and worked as a Senior Salesman at Harvey Norman. Benjamin holds a degree in Dance Teaching from Swing Patrol and studied Chiropractic at RMIT University, complemented by an I.B. Diploma from Tintern Grammar School.
