James Saram

James Saram has held a variety of roles in the technology and data analytics space since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Project Management Intern at Service Communication International P/L. In 2015, they were a Technology Consulting Intern at WM360. In 2016, they worked as a Technology Summer Analyst at Deutsche Bank. From 2017 to 2021, they held three roles at Deutsche Bank, starting as a Data & Analytics Strategy Associate. In this role, they managed a team of data scientists and analysts to apply machine learning solutions, developed an ETL solution, and up-skilled the development team. James then moved to the role of Data Analyst & Visualisation, where they were responsible for initiating change and overall reliability using data driven insights. Lastly, they were a Technology Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where they designed a framework within the PaaS team, inherited and extended a database schema, and used an open-source InfluxDB database. In 2021, they began working as a Product Manager, Senior Data Analyst, and Data Analyst at Beacon.

James Saram completed their A Levels (CIE) from Garden International School between 2001 and 2010. James then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCL between 2013 and 2016, followed by a Master of Engineering - MEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCL between 2016 and 2017.
