Brian Spencer

Brian Spencer is currently serving as the Vice President of Facilities, Construction & Real Estate at Beacon Health System since May 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held multiple positions at Nebraska Medicine from October 2015 to April 2024, including Executive Director of Campus Development & Real Estate, Director of Facilities & Clinical Space Planning, and Manager of Facilities Planning, where responsibilities included leading facilities and strategic planning for the academic medical center. From July 2005 to September 2015, Brian was a Partner at RDG Planning & Design, focusing on architecture and employee well-being initiatives. Brian began the professional career as an Intern Architect at The Architectural Offices from July 2003 to July 2005, working on regional projects with a client-centered approach. Educationally, Brian holds a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture from the same institution, with additional studies at Leibniz Universität Hannover.
