David Meyer

David Meyer has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Starting from 2009, they worked at Dynamic Healthcare Systems as the Risk Adjustment, Quality, and Audit Product Owner. In 2012, they joined InnovaCare Health as the Corporate VP, Operations - Revenue and Quality. Later, they became a Consultant for Medicare Revenue Programs, where they took on the role of Principle and handled revenue management and risk adjustment analytics. David then worked at SCAN Health Plan as the Vice President, Healthcare Informatics. From 2018 to 2020, they held Vice President roles at Cigna, focusing on risk adjustment, quality, and Stars. In 2021, they became an Independent Consultant, serving as Principal. In 2022, they joined Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. as an Advisor. David also served as the Chief Customer Officer / Chief Solution Officer at COZEVA - Applied Research Works, Inc. In 2023, they joined Beacon Healthcare Systems as the SVP of Risk Management and Quality.

David Meyer completed their Master of Science degree in Economics at Purdue University Daniels School of Business in 2024. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they studied Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Loma Linda University. David earned a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree in English Literature and Biology respectively from Atlantic Union College, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.
