Ben Daves

Ben Daves has been in the staffing industry for over 10 years. Ben started their career as a Sales Manager at Terminix, where they were responsible for commercial and residential sales. In 2007, they joined Robert Half International as a Branch Manager. Ben was promoted to Director of Professional Staffing Services in 2012 and oversaw staffing for strategic accounts in the St. Louis area. In September 2013, they joined Beacon Hill Staffing Group as a Regional Director.

Ben Daves received a Bachelor's of Business Administration from Drury University.

They are on a team with Tim Bolduc - Division Director, Kayce Moore - Division Director, and Pete Van Scoy - Division Director. Ben Daves reports to Joanna Foulk, Managing Director and EVP, Executive Committee Member.
