Kate also worked with individuals who were looking for a new job, or a hiring manager who was looking for administrative staff. In their role as a Senior Division Director, Kate is responsible for overseeing the staffing process for Beacon Hill Staffing Group. This includes working with clients to identify their staffing needs, sourcing candidates, and conducting interviews.
