Mr. Cummins is responsible for leading and developing newly hired recruiters for Beacon Hill Technologies in Downtown Chicago. Prior to joining Beacon Hill, he spent nearly 7 years at a large technical staffing firm where he grew into a top individual producer and managed a team of 4 recruiters. As a leader, he prides himself in motivating and inspiring members of his team to grow and achieve their full potential.
