Rikki Denniston has been in the sales and marketing industry for over 20 years. Rikki began their career as a sales manager at Alexander and Cole in 2004. In this role, they were responsible for all sales from start to finish, including client presentations, on-site estimations, order submission, quality control, and installation for high-end residential windows, doors, and hardware. Rikki was also responsible for overseeing the detailed planning for all stages of the order process during construction based on the completion timeline.
In 2006, Rikki joined The Creative Group as their Vice President and Division Director of Sales. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of TCG Business Development Account Managers to drive revenue growth. Rikki also directly hired, managed, and trained a team of Account Managers as well as personally contributed to business development. Rikki encouraged a collaborative team approach in developing consultative business relationships with local hiring managers working to find freelance projects for the best talent in the creative, marketing, and advertising realm. Rikki was also responsible for negotiating contracts, gathering requirements, and managing project timelines.
Currently, Rikki is the Regional Director at Beacon Hill Staffing Group.
Rikki Denniston pursued an education in accounting at the University of South Florida.
