Vanessa Keenan is a Senior Recruiting Manager at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. Vanessa has over 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry and has placed candidates in a wide range of industries including: Pharmaceutical, E-commerce, Entertainment, Healthcare, Mortgage, Insurance and Banking/ Financial.

Vanessa started their career as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Howard Systems/ Questcon Technologies in January 2000. Vanessa was quickly sought after by account managers to be the recruiter to work on their requirements due to their consistent top performance in the company. Vanessa was responsible for full life cycle recruiting at local and national clients and placed candidates in contract, RTH and permanent IT positions. In 2007, they took on the additional responsibility of corporate recruiter and successfully filled all internal positions for both Questcon and Howard Systems.

In February 2010, Vanessa left Howard Systems/ Questcon Technologies to join Technisource/ Spherion as a Technical Recruiter. Vanessa spent a year there before joining Beacon Hill Staffing Group in January 2011 as a Senior Recruiting Manager.

Vanessa is experienced at recruiting Web, Client Server and Mainframe candidates and has a strong understanding of client needs. Vanessa has a proven track record of using social and professional networking sites to recruit qualified candidates and has an extensive network on LinkedIn. Vanessa is also experienced in management of 3rd party vendors and independent suppliers including contract negotiation.

Vanessa Keenan's educational career started when they obtained their BA in Theirtory from Montclair State University. Vanessa then went on to obtain a degree from Phi Sigma Pi and later attended Ridge High School in Basking Ridge, NJ.
