Wes Hallman has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Wes recently served as the Executive Vice President for Business Development and Head of Washington Operations at Beacon Interactive Systems since April 2023. In 2022, they were a candidate for the position. Before that, Wes worked at the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) as the Senior Vice President for Strategy & Policy from October 2017 to May 2022. Wes also held several positions in the United States Air Force, including Chief, Air Force Liaison for the House of Representatives and Chief, Weapons Division, Air Force Legislative Liaison. Wes Hallman's education history begins with their completion of high school at Glendora High School in 1985. Wes then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government at the United States Air Force Academy from 1986 to 1990. In 1992 to 1993, they attended The Ohio State University, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in International Relations. Continuing their education, Wes completed a Master of Arts degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies at the USAF Air Command and Staff College from 2002 to 2003. Following this, they attended the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS) from 2003 to 2004, earning a Master of Arts in Air and Space Operational Art and Science. Wes then pursued a Master of Science degree in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy from 2008 to 2009. Finally, in 2015, they participated in the Enterprise Leadership Seminar at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
