James Barnes

James Barnes is a seasoned professional in the housing development sector, currently serving as the Senior Housing Development Project Manager at Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative since March 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of HRA Manager at the City of Plymouth from 2001 until January 2022, and worked as a Housing Program Professional at the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency from September 1998 to July 2001. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Political Economics from the University of Minnesota, where studies took place from 1989 to 1992, and completed secondary education at Burnsville High School from 1980 to 1984.
