Mili Shelton

Mili Shelton has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mili is currently working as the Regional Vice President at Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine since July 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Atlas Healthcare Partners from February 2020 to July 2022.

Before their roles as a Regional Vice President, Mili served as the Director of Hospital Operations at Bethesda Butler TriHealth Hospital from October 2014 to February 2020. Mili also worked as the Manager of Hospital Finance at the same hospital from March 2012 to October 2014.

Mili's career started at Prexus Health in August 2005, where they held the position of AVP, Finance until February 2012. Prior to that, they worked as the CFO at Sleepcare Diagnostics from August 2001 to August 2005.

Mili Shelton obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Allied Medical Professions with a focus on Occupational Therapy from The Ohio State University in the years 1996 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Xavier University from 2003 to 2005.
