Joe D. Schofield III

Joe D. Schofield III, is a partner and managing director of Beacon Pointe’s South Carolina office with over 27 years of professional experience in advising high net worth families and business owners. Prior to joining Beacon Pointe Advisors, Joe was the Chief Executive Officer and Partner of CDA Group LLC, a boutique financial planning firm serving high net worth families and business owners. Joe’s primary responsibilities are advising clients on investment policy development, portfolio construction, asset allocation, risk management and wealth and estate transfer planning. Joe graduated from Clemson University in 1989 with a BS in Management.
