Dennis Hardeman

Dennis Hardeman has over 20 years of experience in compensation and benefits management. Dennis served as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Beacon Roofing Supply, where they led the executive compensation, broad-based compensation, employee benefits, and HRIS functions. Prior to that, they worked as the Sr. Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at CoStar Group and Sr. Director of Compensation at Capital One. Dennis also held managerial roles at JPMorgan Chase, Actavis, Sibson Consulting, Wonderware, and Fluor. Throughout their career, Dennis has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing total rewards frameworks, restructuring executive incentive programs, and managing compensation strategies for various divisions and acquisitions.

Dennis Hardeman received a BA in Economics from UCLA in 1991. Dennis later pursued an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business, completed in 2000.
