Francine Parciasepe Carroll

Francine Parciasepe Carroll has extensive experience in the payroll and benefits field. Francine started their career at Wyndham Gardens Hotel as an Accounting and Human Resource Manager. Francine then worked at LM Restaurants, where they handled accounting, payroll, and human resources tasks. Francine also served as a Payroll Representative at Job Strategies, Inc. After that, they joined Big M Inc as an Assistant Payroll Manager for ten years. In 2012, they moved to Allied Building Products Corp and held the roles of Payroll Analyst and eventually Payroll and Benefits Manager. Currently, Francine is the Director of Payroll at Beacon Roofing Supply. In this role, they manage the company's payroll process, including the preparation of tax filings, benefit administration, and payroll audits. Francine also plays a vital role in the integration of payroll and benefit plans during acquisitions.

From 1989 to 1992, Francine Parciasepe Carroll attended Bergen Community College, where they pursued an AAS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
