Kimberly Edwards-Nardozzi

Kimberly Edwards-Nardozzi has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Kimberly currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Beacon Building Products, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at MillerKnoll from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Bridgestone Americas from 2018 to 2022, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Kimberly also has experience as an RPO Sr. Client Services and Operations Manager at AgileOne from 2016 to 2018 and as the Director of Talent Solutions Human Resources at Brookdale Healthcare Services from 2015 to 2016. Early in their career, they served as a Sr. Director of Human Resources in various industries from 2005 to 2015.

Kimberly Edwards-Nardozzi has a bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
