Maya Hayes

Maya Hayes has a diverse work experience in human resources. Maya currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Beacon Building Products since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at KONE Corporation from 2018 to 2023, where they led the transformation of HR and oversaw HR services for employees across the US and Mexico. Before that, Maya worked as the Global Senior Human Resources Manager at Texas Instruments from 2016 to 2017, where they contributed to business growth and provided HR support in international markets. Maya also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Texas Instruments from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Maya worked as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Pizza Hut from 2012 to 2013 and as the Human Resources Representative at Whataburger from 2006 to 2011.
