Nekeshia Packer-Love

Nekeshia Packer-Love has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Nekeshia currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Director at Beacon Building Products, where they manage HR operations, drives continuous improvement, and actively manages talent and workforce planning processes. Prior to this role, they worked as an Employee Relations Manager at GE Power & Water and as a Human Resource Manager at Alstom Power. Nekeshia also has experience as a Sr. Human Resource Consultant at the Virginia Department of Transportation and as an HR Manager at Amcor. Nekeshia began their career as an HR Generalist at Iluka Resources.

Nekeshia Packer-Love holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Political Science and Government from Strayer University. Nekeshia also completed their undergraduate education at the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
