Christine Herbst

Christine Herbst is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and management across multiple medical facilities. Currently serving as Executive VP of Operations-North Region at Beacon Specialized Living since April 2025, Christine previously held the position of VP of Operations and Marketing at Midwest Nephrology Associates, where oversight included a 28-provider practice with medical billing and surgery center responsibilities. Other significant roles include Chief Operating Officer/Chief Clinical Officer at Smart Choice MRI, Director of Operations at Fresenius Medical Care, and Clinical Manager in various settings. Christine holds an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Carroll University.
