Jessica Kieft

Jessica Kieft is an experienced Learning and Development Trainer at Beacon Specialized Living, where responsibilities include coordinating training activities and developing learning materials in collaboration with various operational leaders since February 2024. Prior experience as Activities Director/Supervisor at DaySpring Services allowed Jessica to enhance the quality of life for seniors through tailored programs addressing physical, emotional, and social well-being.
