Paul Harris

Paul Harris is a Learning & Development Trainer and Apprenticeship Lead at Shaw Trust since November 2020, where responsibilities include leading the Disability Equality Network and supporting colleagues with disabilities through awareness events and resource development. Paul's previous roles include Employee Voice Representative, Support Manager for the Work and Health Programme, and positions in various training and recruitment capacities across organizations such as Total People and the Department for Work and Pensions.
