Massimo Cioffi

Massimo Cioffi has a long and varied career in Human Resources and Management. Massimo began their career in 1985 as an HR Manager at Olivetti. In 1988, they became an Assistant Professor of Advanced Operational Research at Università Bocconi. In 1997, they became an HR Manager at Italcementi, where they managed the post-merger integration process between Calcestruzzi SpA and Italcalcestruzzi SpA. In 1999, they were appointed Head of Organization and HR Development at Enel, where they were responsible for human resources planning and labour cost, recruiting, compensation, organizational design, and HR Management Information System design. In 2003, they became HR and Organization Director at Terna SpA, where they supported the CEOs of Terna SpA and of Gestore della Rete di Trasmissione Nazionale SpA in managing the integration process. In 2014, they became a Partner at Fondo Italiano per l'Efficienza Energetica. In 2017, they became a Partner at key2people, where they were in charge of developing a new business line offering a wide range of HR services. In 2018, they joined Beaconforce as Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Operating Officer, where they are responsible for leveraging behavioral psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral economics to improve business performance.

Massimo Cioffi holds a Master's Degree in Economic Science from Università Bocconi. Massimo is also currently enrolled in an Executive Program on Leadership at Harvard Business School, which they began in 2010.
