Jim Forgan

Jim Forgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the medical gas systems and service industries. Currently serving as the Aftermarket Business Line Manager at BeaconMedaes since July 2020, Jim oversees the aftermarket business and a nationwide team of service engineers, focusing on customer service and support. Previous roles include UK Service Manager positions at SHJ Medical Gas Specialists and Wassenburg Medical Devices, where Jim successfully managed service operations and drove significant turnover growth. Additionally, Jim has held managerial positions at Atlas Copco BeaconMedaes Limited, PINPOINT Limited, and began their career at CANON Manufacturing UK Limited as a Trainee Quality Assurance Engineer. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Studies Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, completed in 1997.
