Paul Atrat has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades, predominantly in technical sales and support roles. Paul started their career in 2003 as a Technical Assistant at Heald College and later worked as a Technical Support Agent for CompuCom Systems, Inc. in 2005. In the same year, they joined Apple as a Wireless Multi-Media Product Specialist and provided Tier I and II technical support for AppleCare customers and education support to schools and school districts. Paul then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at StreamSend, providing technical support, training, and resolving HTML email client-specific issues for customers. From 2010 to 2018, they worked at ASAP Systems, where they held several sales engineering roles, including Director of Sales Engineering, Support & Training. There they oversaw a team of sales engineers, assisting with QA testing, collaborating with overseas teams, and managing engineering projects. In 2018, they joined HotSchedules as a Sales Engineer, where they worked until 2020. Paul then worked as an Associate Technical Analyst at HotSchedules, Now Powered by Fourth, until 2021. In 2021, they joined Linnworks as a Sales Engineer, a role they held until 2022. Presently, they work as a Sales Engineer at Beaconstac HQ.
Paul Atrat has an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Heald College-San Jose, which they obtained in 2010. Paul also has an A.A.S degree in Information Technology/Computer Network Administration from Heald College - Rancho Cordova, which they earned in 2004. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Technical Sales: The Role of the Sales Engineer, Selling to Executives, Building Your Professional Network, and the Miller Heiman Certified Sales Professional.
