Vanshika Sharma

Vanshika Sharma has held multiple roles in various companies. Vanshika started their career as a Junior Psychologist at Spandana Psychiatry Hospital in November 2018, where they worked until December 2018. In 2019, they joined CONCENTRIX SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a Customer Service Representative from April to October. In 2021, Vanshika worked as a Relationship Manager at Telaverge Communications from April to July. Vanshika then joined Kyndryl in July 2021 as a Technical Support Professional, and continued in this role until April 2023. Currently, Vanshika is working as a Cross Audience Marketing and Sales Executive at Beahead Private Limited, starting in April 2023.

Vanshika Sharma obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, psychology, and English from Ms Ramaiah College Of Arts Science and Commerce, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Pre-University Course (PUC) at Sindhi College of Commerce from 2015 to 2017. Vanshika also completed their 10th grade at East West Public School. Additionally, Vanshika has obtained several certifications such as Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, as well as Leadership Behavior - Advocate, Agile Explorer, Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator, Leadership Behavior - Devoted, and Leadership Behavior - Fast from Kyndryl.
