Delisa Swanson

Delisa Swanson, CAP-HR, PACE, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Beaird Harris since December 2014, where responsibilities encompass project management, staff training implementation, and recruitment and onboarding processes, while also acting as the "Work/Life Success Manager" for team members. Prior roles include HR Manager at H&S Production, Inc., and Office Accountant for BKD CPAs & Advisors, where Delisa managed bookkeeping departments and developed training materials. Earlier experience as Assistant Controller at KBA Group LLP involved assisting in a merger and managing various accounting tasks. Delisa holds a degree from Missouri Southern State University.
