Tu Tu Tran

Tu Tu Tran is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Since January 2012, Tu Tu Tran has held multiple roles at Beak & Johnston, currently serving as QA Manager for the Cooked Division, following positions as QA Coordinator for both the Technical and Cooked Divisions. Prior to this, Tu Tu Tran was the QA Manager at The Commissary Food Company from February 2011 to December 2011, and held various roles at Beak & Johnston from July 1998 to January 2011, including R&D Manager, R&D Coordinator, and R&D Technologist. Tu Tu Tran holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology from UNSW (1994-1997) and a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) from the University of Ballarat (2007).
