Nicholas Torrance

Nicholas Torrance is a seasoned professional in urban planning and development, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Development at Beale Infrastructure since August 2025. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Senior Development Project Manager at QTS Data Centers from March 2024 to August 2025.
