CJ Pisieczko is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment and retention strategies. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention at Bealls, Inc. since April 2016, CJ oversees corporate talent acquisition and champions retention initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Director and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Publix from April 2012 to April 2016, contributing to a company recognized as one of Fortune® Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For." CJ also served as a Corporate IT Recruiter at Publix and as a Technical Recruiter for IT at Experis Inc. and TEKsystems Inc. CJ holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Florida Gulf Coast University, completed between 2003 and 2005.
