Cole Gillespie

Cole Gillespie has over fifteen years of experience in business development and sales. Cole is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Beam Dental, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to joining Beam Dental, Cole was the Vice President of Business Development at LendingClub from 2015 to 2019. In this role, Cole led and centralized the BD function at LendingClub. Cole was responsible for developing, implementing, and driving a commercialization strategy for partners to support and deliver sales growth on the demand side of the platform. Cole also worked closely with the marketing team to develop partner-specific sales tools and collateral. In addition, Cole liaised with product and technology teams to leverage for expansion and enhancement of the joint value proposition and product offering/capabilities. Cole is an expert in their field and is known for their ability to develop strong relationships with partners and customers alike.

Cole Gillespie began their educational career by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Delaware. After working for several years, they returned to school and earned a Guest Lecturer in Innovation in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
