Megan Weaver

Megan Weaver, FSA, MAAA, currently serves as the Director of Core Actuarial Services at Beam Dental since March 2022. Previously, Megan held the position of Director at EyeMed Vision Care from June 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing pricing changes, defining reserve methodologies, and negotiating contracts. Prior to EyeMed, Megan worked as an Associate Actuary at Nationwide Insurance, leading the pricing team for employee benefits, managing reinsurance contracts, and conducting experience reviews. Earlier experience includes roles at Cigna, where Megan was involved in healthcare reserving and individual dental pricing, and an actuarial trainee position. Megan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Ohio University.
