Elliott Shilling

Elliott Shilling currently serves as the Head of Business Acquisition (Survey) at Rovco, focusing on driving growth in offshore renewable energy and oil field decommissioning sectors. Previously, Elliott was the Commercial Manager for New Energy Solutions at TGS, identifying revenue opportunities in the UK and Ireland offshore wind business. Elliott has also held the position of Sales Manager EMEA at XOCEAN and served as Business Development Manager at N-Sea Group, specializing in offshore survey and renewables. Earlier roles include Project Manager and Trainee Commercial Manager at Gardline Marine Sciences and Gardline Geosurvey, respectively. Elliott began their career as a General Assistant at certex UK and a Pharmacist Assistant at Alliance Boots. Elliott holds a BSc (Hons) in Ocean Science from the University of Plymouth and a foundation degree in Marine Sciences from The Cornwall College Group.
