Willie Richter

Willie Richter has a wealth of work experience. Willie began their career in 2017 as a Sales/Marketing Intern at Convey Inc. where they led the process of compiling companies and contacts for a market expansion into the B2B market. In 2018, they worked as a Home Energy Consultant Intern at IGS, where they developed and implemented a research plan that improved efficiency of Pittsburgh sales agents. In 2019, they were a Summer Scholar Strategy and Operations at Deloitte, where they worked alongside a team to analyze overall efficiency of the client’s pulp and paper manufacturing process and address bottlenecks interfering with pulp throughput. In 2020, they worked as a Business Analyst at Deloitte, a Business Development Associate at Ten Oaks Group, and an Independent Consultant at both ShelfLife and FloorFound. Willie currently holds the role of Business Operations Lead at Beam Impact.

Willie Richter attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2016 to 2020, where they studied Mechanical Engineering.
